August 2021 - New Sales Form Statuses (Client Review and Sent to Client)
Presentations, estimates, and invoices now have unique statuses that help you track if you've sent the sales form to your client!
Status: Client Review
Your presentations and estimates' statuses will automatically change from Open to Client Review once you email them to your client from commonsku.
Status: Sent to Client
Your invoices' statuses will automatically change from Open to Sent to Client once you email them to your client from commonsku.
Tips & tricks
Reporting
You can use your Sales Rep Report to track forms based on their status. With these new statuses, you can:
- Pull reports to view presentations/estimates were emailed to your client but have not converted to an order
- Ensure invoices have been sent to your clients before you export them to your accounting platform
Do you send sales forms outside of commonsku?
If you email forms outside of commonsku, make sure you switch the form's status to Client Review or Sent to Client. That way, the form will populate in the project portal and client portal.
