Teams using our Stripe integration can now take payment from their clients via ACH!
What does this mean for my team?
ACH payments provide a low-fee live payment option for your team, allowing you to process payments on commonsku without paying any transactional fees to a credit card company.
If your team is using our Stripe integration, you can now provide your clients with the option to pay by ACH on their commonsku invoices.
How do I take ACH payments from my clients?
Head to your profile icon (left hand corner of commonsku) and click Settings. Under Company Settings, click on the Integrations tile, then select Payments.
From there, you can select the option to enable credit card, ACH, or both for client payments. You'll be able to choose which options you offer to your client on an invoice by invoice basis!

How long do ACH payments take to process?
ACH payments can take up to four days to process.
Is it available for both US and Canadian Stripe accounts?
At this time, ACH payments are only available for US Stripe accounts.
My team uses CloverConnect, can we take ACH payments as well?
At this time, ACH payments are only available for users using our Stripe integration, the feature is not included for our CloverConnect users.
