December 2025 - Potential Repeat order report

The Potential Repeat Order report turns past projects into a focused list of clients who are likely ready to reorder, so your team can grow revenue from relationships you already have.

Why It Matters

Getting Started

What's New

You’ll now see a Potential Repeat Order report in your Reports tab.

Use it to:

  • Scan your historical projects for campaigns that are likely to repeat
  • Filter by date range, client, rep, budget, industry, tags, and more
  • Build an instant “who to call next” list based on real order history
  • Take action right from the report:
    • Create a client task
    • Copy a project, presentation, or sales order
    • Dismiss opportunities that are no longer relevant

Each time you take an action from the report, the Action Taken column updates so your team can see what has already been followed up on.

This report is only available on Advanced and Enterprise plans.

Why It Matters

Keeping track of repeat programs often relies on memory, calendar reminders, or separate spreadsheets. This makes it easy to miss the moment to reach out, and gives competitors room to step in first.

The Potential Repeat Order report helps you:

  • Uncover warm client opportunities hiding in past work
  • Protect long-running programs and key accounts from churn
  • Focus your team on higher-value clients and budgets
  • Build a repeatable, shared view of upcoming reorder potential

Instead of starting from a cold list, your team starts outreach with a warm, data-backed pipeline.

Getting Started

  • Go to the Reports tab in commonsku.
  • Open the Potential Repeat Order report.
  • Apply filters (date range, client, rep, budget, tags, etc.) to match your book of business.
  • From the Actions menu, create tasks or copy projects/presentations/sales orders for the opportunities you want to pursue.
  • (Optional) Save your filters as a custom report so you can reuse this view each week.
