      DNS Updates

      Updating your DNS records can ensure that emails don't land in your clients' junk/spam folders.

      DNS updates

      In addition to completing the email verification, you can also contact support@commonsku.com for your team's DKIM records and update your DNS (Domain Name System) with the information below:

      • Add to your list of approved sending IPs
          • 54.240.34.60
          • 54.240.34.61
      • Add mail.commonsku.com to your list of approved senders
      • Add amazonses.com to your list of approved senders
      • Add "v=spf1 include:amazonses.com ~all" to your SPF record

      The updates mentioned above vary depending on which company is hosting your domain (GoDaddy vs. Google, etc.). Touch base with your company's Support Team for further instructions on updating your DNS.
