Email Verification
This article explains commonsku's email verification process and additional steps you can take to ensure emails don't land in your clients' junk/spam folders.

Verification email
commonsku users a pop-up to prompt new users to verify their email when they first log in to commonsku. All users should adjust their browser settings to allow pop-ups from commonsku.com.
You can track your team's verification status through Admin > Users > Verification Status:
- Unverified - the user hasn't clicked the prompt to verify their email address.
- Pending - the verification email has been sent and is awaiting verification. This status is updated periodically; it does not update immediately after the user completes the verification.
- Verified - the email address is fully verified.
Sometimes verification emails land in your junk/spam folders, so be sure to double-check if you don't see the email in your inbox. Please reach out to support@commonsku.com if the email does not land in your inbox or junk/spam folders.
Verification emails are sent to FULL (paid) users, not SOCIAL users.
