Create Groups
A team member with admin access can create, edit, and remove groups as needed.
Group reporting
Group reporting is available in all of commonsku's reports:
- Sales Rep Report
- Sales Dashboard
- Commission Report
- Sales Target Report
- Sample Report
- Mailing List Report
Sales Rep Report
- Click into any of your Dashboards (Sales, Production, Finance, or Management)
- Scroll down to the reports bar
- Select Sales Rep
- Choose Select by group from the drop-down
- Click into the "Add a group" field and choose the group(s)
- Remove a group by clicking the "x" beside the group name (optional)
Sales Dashboard
- Click into any of your Dashboards (Sales, Production, Finance, or Management)
- Scroll down to the reports bar
- Select Sales Dash
- Choose Select by group from the drop-down
- Click into the "Add a group" field and choose the group(s)
- Remove a group by clicking the "x" beside the group name (optional)
Commission Report
- Click into any of your Dashboards (Sales, Production, Finance, or Management)
- Scroll down to the reports bar
- Select Commissions
- Choose Select by group from the drop-down
- Click into the "Add a group" field and choose the group(s)
- Remove a group by clicking the "x" beside the group name (optional)
Sales Target Report
- Click into any of your Dashboards (Sales, Production, Finance, or Management)
- Scroll down to the reports bar
- Select Sales Target
- Choose Select by group from the drop-down
- Click into the "Add a group" field and choose the group(s)
- Remove a group by clicking the "x" beside the group name (optional)
Sample Report
- Click into any of your Dashboards (Sales, Production, Finance, or Management)
- Scroll down to the reports bar
- Select Samples
- Choose Select by group from the drop-down
- Click into the "Add a group" field and choose the group(s)
- Remove a group by clicking the "x" beside the group name (optional)
Mailing List Report
- Click into any of your Dashboards (Sales, Production, Finance, or Management)
- Scroll down to the reports bar
- Select Mailing List
- Choose Select by group from the drop-down
- Click into the "Add a group" field and choose the group(s)
- Remove a group by clicking the "x" beside the group name (optional)
Group reporting permissions
Users can always pull reports on their data, but they need at least one of two permissions to pull group reports:
- View reports for your groups or group members - allows users to view information for the groups they belong to, including other user's data, so long as they are part of the same group.
- View reports for all users and teams - allows users to view information for all users and groups, even if they are not part of a specific group.
