How do we know if we are connected or not?
How to get connected to Promostandards
To connect with Promostandards suppliers, follow these steps:
- Access the Promostandards supplier contact list from the link here.
- Contact the supplier representatives by email. Be sure to include your account number and request connection details so you can obtain your Login ID and Password.
- Once you receive your Login ID and Password, send them to support@commonsku.com. Some suppliers may handle the setup for you, but if you’re unsure, our support team can verify whether your credentials have been added.
- To connect with Sanmar, select "Connect to Sanmar" from the blue banner. If you do not see the banner, simply add a Sanmar product to a presentation or sales order to trigger the option.

Promostandard credentials are different from your regular Login ID and password with your suppliers. You only need one Login ID and password for the whole team to access the connected workflow
How do we know if we are connected or not?
To confirm your connection, check if the main Promostandards endpoints listed below are visible:
- You are able to see real-time Inventory and sizes
- You can check warehouses from suppliers (Sanmar & Cutter and buck only)
- Once you’re connected, you can also create Blank ePOs and Decorated ePOs depending on what the connected supplier offers.
- Lastly, You will also be able to search using thr Connected+ search database, to pull only Promostandards products

How do I know if I am connected?
If you’re unsure about your Promostandards connection, you can email support@commonsku.com for confirmation. One easy way to verify your connection is by checking if the Promostandards endpoints appear on your screen this indicates that your integration is active.
What should I do if I have contacted a supplier by email but have not received a response?
If you’ve reached out to a supplier by email and haven’t received a response, our Supplier Success team is here to help. Email support@commonsku.com with the details of your inquiry. We’ll work with you to identify any issues and assist in facilitating communication.
Support/Supplier has confirmed my connection. Is there anything else I need to do?
No. As long as you see all of the Promostandards endpoints turned on you can use the connected workflow.
Can I turn Promostandards off?
At this time, once Promostandards is enabled, the connection remains active and cannot be disabled.
Why am I not generating an ePO?
- Some products from connected suppliers may not support Promostandards. If unsure, contact the supplier or support@commonsku.com for clarification.
- Avoid combining Non-PS and PS products from the same supplier on one order, as this generates a regular PO instead of an ePO.
- If your credentials are outdated or incorrect, this might be another reason why you are not generating ePos. The Supplier would need to provide new credentials.
