Access commonsku's Knowledge Base
To access commonsku's Knowledge Base:
- Click Resources > Help Articles.
Search the Knowledge Base based on keywords
To search based on a keyword:
- Type your keyword(s) in the "Search for answers" field
- Select an article from the drop-down menu or click enter to view help articles that contain your keyword(s)

Search the Knowledge Base based on a category
To search based on a category:
- Click into a specific category (i.e., Sales)
- Choose the appropriate subcategory (i.e., Presentations)
- Click See More to view all help articles under that subcategory
- Click the article title to open the help article

Scan a help article to find the solution you need
Each help article has an "On This Page" navigation to help break apart the article's different sections. From there, a section may have multiple subsections to divide the content further.
How to use the "On This Page" and subsection anchor links:
- On the help article, use the "On This Page" navigation to select the section of the help article you'd like to read
- Refine your search by selecting the subsection that applies to what you'd like to learn more about

commonsku Tip: Streamline your keyword search using Ctrl+F (Windows) or Cmd+F (Mac) to search for keywords within the help article.
How to access commonsku University
Commonsku University is a catalog of bite-size tutorial videos that walk you through every step of the order management process.
To access Commonsku University:
- Click on Resources > click University
You can click into each section of the role-based catalog to access instructional videos about every step of commonsku's order management system, CRM features, reports, management tools, and more!
How to use the support chat
If you have questions or are having issues with the commonsku platform, you can start a live chat with a customer success team member.
To start a new live chat:
- Click on Resources > click Support
- Enter keyword(s) related to your question or concern - commonsku will retrieve some relevant help articles to help answer your question
- Select "Do you need more help?" > Yes, if the help articles provided don't solve your issue. A rep from the customer success team will help you shortly
To view your chat history:
- Click on Resources > click Support
- Select the back arrow beside skubot
- Choose the conversation you'd like to view
