Required Information

Important information to include when submitting a support request:

  • Your company name
  • Project/shop number or area of the platform
  • Question/description of the issue
  • Provide visuals as necessary

By providing this information up front, the customer success team member will be able to quickly locate and give clear guidance to help solve the issue.

Email Support

Some of the customer success team may be in meetings with other clients, so emailing your inquiry to their personal email may not give you the immediate response you need.

For rapid response times, email support@commonsku.com and provide the required information so our available customer success team can help answer your questions.

Support Chat

If you have questions or are having issues with the commonsku platform, you can start a live chat with a customer success team member. 

To start a new live chat:

  1. Click on Resources > click Support
  2. Enter keyword(s) related to your question or concern - commonsku will retrieve some relevant help articles to help answer your question
  3. Select "Do you need more help?" > Yes, if the help articles provided don't solve your issue. A rep from the customer success team will help you shortly

When talking to a customer success team member, please include the required information for assistance.
