What is the Jobs tab?

The Jobs tab shows each form you've created for a particular client, including opportunities, presentations, estimates, sales orders, and invoices. Purchase orders aren't listed in Jobs since they're not client-facing.

To view a specific form type:

  1. Click the relevant form type from the left-hand menu 
  2. Sort the list by selecting a header (form number, job number, etc.) to sort by

To view a form, click the hyperlinked form number to be redirected to the project.

Deleted forms

Deleted forms will not automatically appear on the Jobs tab.

To include deleted forms on the list:

  1. Select the relevant form type from the left-hand menu
  2. Click the box next to Show Deleted

How to recover a deleted form

To recover a deleted form:

  1. Click the Jobs tab on the client page
  2. Select the relevant form type from the left-hand menu
  3. Click Show Deleted 
  4. Click on the deleted form number
  5. Click OK on the "Are you sure you want to restore this order item" popup
