We've updated the way you add your decoration locations to products on your Presentations, Estimates, and Sales Orders. This new change will ensure your decoration details land on the correct purchase order!
What has changed when adding a decoration location?
When editing a product on your Presentation, Estimate, or Sales Order, you can now indicate whether the item will be decorated by the supplier or by a third-party decorator.
What does this mean for my shipping tab?
If the supplier is selected for your decoration location, the shipping details for the product will automatically default to ship directly to the client. If a third-party decorator is selected, the shipping information automatically defaults to ship to the decorator first.
What does this mean for PCNA products?
PCNA products can now be decorated by third-party decorators without losing ePO status! Once you select the third-party decorator option for the decoration location, you'll be able to enter artwork details based on your decorator, rather than entering details as if PCNA is doing the decoration. Then you'll have an ePO for the PCNA product and a regular PO for your third-party decorator!
