November 2023 - Checkout Questions on Company Shops

You can now create custom questions on commonsku's Company Shops if you need to collect additional details from your shoppers!

What are Checkout Questions?

Checkout questions allow you to collect important details from your shoppers as they order products from your Company and Pop-up shops. You can use checkout questions to capture things like:

  • Drop-ship addresses
  • Personalization details
  • Meal selections for an event
  • and more!

How do Checkout Questions work with Company Shops?

Checkout questions can be customized from the Settings tab in your Company shop. They can be mandatory or optional, and populate on the checkout screen when your shoppers order their products. 

Once your shopper has completed their check-out, their answers to any checkout questions will populate in the Introduction section of the sales order that commonsku automatically builds for you. These details will then carry over when you create the invoice for your client!

How have Checkout Questions changed with Pop-up Shops?

Your shopper's responses to check out questions now appear on their checkout receipts! These are available in the Orders tab of your shop before you aggregate your checkouts into a project, and from the Checkouts tab on your sales order. But we'll email a copy to your shopper as well!
