You can now notify your client of any shipping changes directly from commonsku's Production Report!

How do I send shipping updates to my client?

Head to your Production Report, locate the purchase order that has had shipping updates, and click the icon to access the slide-out menu for the PO. 

The slide-out menu's Shipping tab now provides the option to notify your client of any shipping changes. 

If there is a tracking ID listed in the tracking ID field on the Shipping tab, it will automatically populate in the Tracking numbers field in the pop-up window. 

Via email, you can choose to notify either the project's Order rep, the Client shipping contact, or both!
