A guide to your Shops tab

Use your Shops tab to track orders, create new shops, and access commonsku's Shops resources.

Shops tab filters

You can filter your Shops tab by the:

  • Shop or client name
  • Client (does not apply to Marketing Shops)
  • Client Rep
  • Shop Type
  • Status

Shops (1)

Just below the filters, you will see

  • the shop's name
  • the client the shop was created for (does not apply to Marketing Shops)
  • the shop type
  • the date the shop was created
  • the date an order was last placed through the shop
  • the client rep
  • the total value of all orders placed through the shop
  • the # of orders/# of checkout
  • the shop's status

commonsku Tip - Click on the column titles to sort by that column. For example, if you click on the "Total Value" column you can see your highest grossing shop!

Create a shop

To create a Marketing Shop:

  1. In the Shops tab, click Create Shop
  2. Under Marketing Shop, click Create Shop
  3. Enter the shop's name in the "New Shop Name" field (you can re-name the shop afterward)
  4. Click Create

To create a Pop-Up Shop:

  1. In the Shops tab, click Create Shop
  2. Under Pop-Up Shop, click Create Shop
  3. Enter the shop's name in the "New Shop Name" field (you can re-name the shop afterward)
  4. Select an existing client from the "Select Client" drop-down (you cannot change the client once the shop is created)
  5. Click Create

To create a Company Shop:

  1. In the Shops tab, click Create Shop
  2. Under Company Shop, click Create Shop
  3. Enter the shop's name in the "New Shop Name" field (you can re-name the shop afterward)
  4. Select an existing client from the "Select Client" drop-down (you cannot change the client once the shop is created)
  5. Click Create

You cannot change the shop type or the client account a shop is associated with. If you're unsure of what shop type to create, you can use our shops roadmap.

Book a Shop Talk

Shop Talks are private consultations to help access your client's e-commerce needs and guide you to the best shop to use. Please review the relevant content before booking your Shop Talk. For more information, check out our other help articles, try the Shops Roadmap, or catch up on our webinars.

To book a Shop Talk:

  1. In the commonsku Shops tab, click to Book Shop Talk
  2. Select a time and date
  3. Enter your details
  4. Click Confirm

That's it! Shortly after booking, you'll receive an email confirmation from the customer success specialist helping with your consultation.
