What Is It For?
The AI Chat Agent is designed for data-related questions — not support or how-to questions.
You can use it to:
Understand your sales
- “What is my total revenue this year?”
- “Which month had the highest sales?”
- “How are my sales compared to last year?”
Analyze your customers
- “Who are my top customers?”
- “Which clients haven’t ordered recently?”
- “Which industry brings the most revenue?”
Track performance
- “Which reps are hitting their targets?”
- “What is my progress toward sales targets?”

What It Is NOT For
The AI Chat Agent is not a support chatbot.
It should NOT be used for:
- “How do I regenerate commissions?”
- “How do I create a purchase order?”
- “Why is my ESP search not working?”
- “How do I fix this error?”
These are support questions, and the AI may give incorrect or confusing answers for them
