Troubleshooting login issues

Common Reasons for Login Issues:

  1. Incorrect Login Credentials: Ensure that you are entering the correct username and password. Double-check for any typos or case sensitivity.

  2. Firewall or Browser Extensions: Sometimes, security settings on your device can interfere with the login process. A firewall or certain browser extensions may block necessary files.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Use the Correct Login Link
  • Try logging in using the direct link, like https://YOURCOMPANYDOMAIN.commonsku.com/home.php. Copy and paste this link into your browser and just change your company domain to avoid any potential issues with bookmarks or saved links.
2. Disable Firewall Settings
  • If you suspect that your firewall may be blocking access, consider temporarily disabling it.
3. Turn Off Browser Extensions
  • Certain browser extensions can also cause login problems. Try disabling any extensions you have installed.
4. Clear Browser Cache
  • Clearing your browser's cache can resolve issues related to outdated or corrupted files. Refer to your browser's help section for instructions on how to clear the cache.
5. Try a Different Browser or Device
  • If the issue persists, attempt to log in using a different web browser or device to determine if the problem is specific to your current setup.
