August 2026 - Automation Engine
Automation Engine works behind the scenes to keep your team’s projects moving forward, ensuring no critical task ever slips through the cracks.
What's New
We are thrilled to introduce Automation Engine, a powerful new feature designed to monitor the status of your most critical documents—including Presentations, Estimates, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Bills, and Invoices.
When a document sits in a specific status (such as "Client Review") longer than your configured threshold of days, Automation Engine automatically creates an internal follow-up task. It intelligently assigns this task to the appropriate Project Order Rep or Client Rep, generating a descriptive reminder (e.g., "Follow up with Branded Co. on Invoice 10042") so your team knows exactly what needs their attention.
Why It Matters
When your team is laser-focused on day-to-day operations, it is far too easy for an unapproved estimate, an unsent purchase order, or an unpaid invoice to get buried.
Automation Engine removes the manual guesswork from pipeline management. By surfacing tasks only when a document genuinely stalls, it empowers your team to be proactive rather than reactive.
This means faster client approvals, smoother purchasing, quicker payments, and total peace of mind knowing that your most important documents are being actively monitored.
