How to reassign clients

To reassign clients between client reps:

  1. Click your Profile Icon (top right corner of commonsku) > Settings > Manage Users
  2. Click Actions > Reassign Clients
  3. Select between "Active Reps" or "Inactive Reps With Clients" tabs, depending on if the user is active or inactive
  4. Click the "Reassign clients from" drop-down and select the rep you'd like to transfer clients from
  5. Click to "Reassign clients to" drop-drop and select the rep you'd like to transfer the clients to
  6. Click Reassign

How to reassign clients while deactivating a user

You can reassign clients while deactivating a user's profile.

  1. Click your Profile Icon > Settings > Manage Users, click the pencil icon next to the user you'd like to deactivate
  2. Select Deactivate User
  3. Choose between "Deactivate and remove license" (removes license from the following month's billing) or "Deactivate and leave the license open" (removes the license from this user, but keeps it as an unused license on your account)
  4. Click the "Optional: Reassign the user's clients" drop-down and select the rep you'd like to transfer the clients to
  5. Click Deactivate - a pop-up will show the user who has been deactivated and the remaining number of licenses
  6. Click Done

FAQ

Does reassigning clients change the client rep on previous orders?

Reassigning clients to a new client rep will only affect new orders. All previous orders will stay intact with the original client rep's name.
