March 2022 - Management Analytics Updates

Thanks for your feedback! We have some new Dashboard updates to share.

You asked, and we listened! Your Management Analytics tab now includes a report tile that details SOs in Production and Invoices. This tile facilitates comparative reporting, making it easy (and fun) for managers to track the value of their reps' sales orders and invoices, compare results, and measure over different time frames.

Management analytics will help answer questions like:

  • Who are my top performers?
  • Where are there opportunities for coaching?
  • How are my reps doing this week/month/year compared to last week/month/year?

Users need permission to View Management Menu to use Management Analytics.

SO in Production

The SO In Production Report ranks the value of sales reps' booked orders from highest to lowest. The report will display booked orders by rep for the current and previous month.

  • Click on a rep to open a list of sales orders in production for that month.
  • The date filter in the top right corner gives managers different views of their top reps week over week, month over month, and year over year.
  • Managers can still apply the Rep > Group filter at the top of the page to track their reps across specific sales teams. 

Invoices

The Invoices Report ranks the value (subtotal) of sales reps' invoices from highest to lowest. The report will display booked orders for the current and previous month. 

  • Click on a rep to open a list of invoices for that month.
  • The date filter in the top right corner gives managers different views of their top reps week over week, month over month, and year over year.
  • Managers can still apply the Rep > Group filter at the top of the page to track their reps across specific sales teams.
