when another user @mentions you in commonsku, including mentions within a project and on the Community Newsfeed
when another user comments on a post you made within a project, client page, supplier page, your Company Newsfeed, and the Community Newsfeed
when another user "likes" your post
when you, as a project's order rep, are notified of shipping charges from the Production Report
when a client requests a change or approves a proof within a project where you are the order rep or production rep
when you, as a project's order rep, are notified of shipping charges from the Production Report

Once you've reviewed your notifications, click the Notifications icon and select to Clear the alerts.

When you receive a notification, the page that opens depends on the type of notification and whether you open it from commonsku or from an email.

For example, when a teammate @mentions you in a Purchase Order note:

In-app notification: Clicking the notification opens the message or thread where you were mentioned.
Email notification: Clicking the link opens the related Sales Order rather than directly opening the Purchase Order note.

The Purchase Order number is included in the email notification to help you identify which PO the message is about.

Other notification types may open different pages, such as the related order or project.

You can adjust your notification settings through your Profile.
