      The "Intro to Our Online Shops" template takes your clients through the various Shops capabilities from selecting their products to placing an order.

      How to use the "Intro to our Online Shops" template

      The "Intro to our Online Shops" template is a Collection of custom items for you to add to a presentation. You can copy the Collection to a new/existing presentation or add items from the Collections product database.

      To copy a Collection to a new/existing presentation:

      1. Click on the Collections tab
      2. Select commonsku marketing as the supplier
      3. Click the Intro to Our Online Shops (End Client Guide/Template)
      4. Choose the items you'd like to add to your project by selecting individual items and clicking Add or click to Add All
      5. Click Copy to Shop/Project
      6. Choose one of the options below 
      • To copy to a new presentation - Click Create Project > enter the project name, client, order type (presentation) and event type > click Create > click the presentation # to open it in a new tab
      • To copy to an existing presentation - Search for the project by name, number, or client > once you've found the project, click Add to Presentation > click the presentation # to open it in a new tab

      To add items from the Collections product database:

      1. Open the presentation you'd like to use
      2. Click the +Add button > then select Products
      3. Select the From Collections database
      4. Type "commonsku marketing" in the supplier filter
      5. Click to Search
      6. Click the Intro to Our Online Shops (End Client Guide/Template)
      7. Select the items you wish to use

      FAQ

      Can I make changes to the template?

      You can edit the items, and even add custom products, once you've copied the Collection to a presentation.

      Are there any end-client Shops videos?

      We don't have a Shops videos for your end client, but you can create a custom video and add it to your presentation's introduction or include the link in a product's description!

      What presentation style should I use for my template?

      The Collection uses the Smart Gallery style, but it's best to use the Tiles, List, or Gallery style presentation. You'll need to use the Tiles or List style if you plan to add an introduction since the Gallery style doesn't show any introduction.
