What's New
Writing a clean description for every product on a Presentation is slow, and the wording drifts from one item to the next. The new, AI-powered, Rewrite Description button takes a product's existing details and generates a clearer, more polished description in seconds — right inside the Product Description field.
This feature is only available as an open beta on Advanced plans and higher. While this feature is currently free to use, commonsku may add pricing — but we will let you know well before anything changes.
Why It Matters
Product descriptions are what your client actually reads. Hand-polishing each one, or pasting in whatever the supplier sent, eats time and leaves inconsistent copy in front of customers. This hands you a strong first draft instantly, so descriptions read consistently and you spend less time wordsmithing and more time selling a product that your client will love.
Getting Started
You may access the tool from one of three places, including: Presentation, Sales Orders, and Estimates. To get started:
- Open the product and click Edit
- Click Rewrite Description
- commonsku generates a clearer description from the product's existing supplier provided information
We strongly recommend reviewing the results for accuracy before sending anything to your client.
