May 2026 - Upgrade Products to Enable ePO
Sales reps and production teams can now connect eligible products to PromoStandards (ePO) directly inside a Sales Order with a single click.
What’s Changed
An "Eligible for ePO" badge now appears on Sales Order line items that have a matching PromoStandards version. Click the badge, map the product specs to the PromoStandards version, and the item upgrades in place—artwork, product name, description, pricing, decoration details, and third-party/supplier decoration selections all carry over.
When copying an unlocked Sales Order with eligible items, a warning prompts users to "Review Products" and upgrade before copying.
Why it Matters
Products added before PromoStandards existed, manually entered, or copied from older projects no longer require a full rebuild to enable ePO. This means that Sales Reps are able to keep every configuration detail while gaining live inventory, real-time pricing, and ePO capability in one click.
