Gemline's enhanced ePOs empower distributors to effortlessly source top-quality products by giving access to live product data, decoration details, and custom charges on all Gemline items.

What does this mean for you?

This will allow you and your team to access data directly from the Gemline systemsubmit POs instantaneously and give you immediate access to Order Status/Ship Notifications.

Managers can rest assured their reps have access to all available product and artwork charges, with automated pricing based on their specifications.

Sale reps can showcase a product's decoration options effortlessly, with access to variable pricing per artwork type and add-on fees like proof charges.

Production reps can regenerate ePOs and submit updates via email directly through the project or their Production Report.

Finance reps can process invoices confidently, knowing that the product costs are automatically pulled from the supplier's database, including any special discounts, artwork-specific charges, and optional service fees.

How do Gemline ePOs work?

  • ePOs are submitted directly to the supplier's database, removing the need for additional phone calls and emails to place an order.
  • Products automatically apply the relevant artwork costs based on the selected imprint type. Afterward, you can include additional charges, including decoration add-on fees, proofs, insertion/upload, packing, and shipping.

  • Gemline ePOs shipping details allow you to choose your desired shipping account and include notes on the PO!

  • Gemline ePOs can be regenerated and submitted via email through the project or Production Report.

FAQ

Can I create blank ePOs for other apparel suppliers on commonsku?

Decorated ePOs are also available for orders placed with Starline and PCNA. Blank ePOs are available exclusively from alphabroder, Cutter & Buck, and Stormtech.

Can I create ePOs for my custom products?

ePOs do not apply to custom products, products from Collections, and products from past orders where PromoStandards was not active.

Why is my product not pulling in promostandards information?

PromoStandards pulls product data based on the item’s SKU. If an item’s SKU in SAGE, ESP, or Distributor Central differs from its SKU in PromoStandards, the item will revert to using the SAGE/ESP/Distributor Central data.

Can I still send Gemline items to a third-party decorator?

Yes! You can send Gemline's items to a third-party decorator. However, you must use Gemline’s preset artwork charges (you cannot add custom third-party decorator fees).
