October 2026 - Regenerate your ePOs
Keep your ePOs current as production changes, even after they’ve been submitted to a Connected+ supplier.
What's New
You can now regenerate electronic Purchase Orders (ePOs), including after they’ve been submitted to a Connected+ supplier. It works the same way as regenerating any other PO: open Actions and choose Regenerate.
A regenerated ePO updates your records in commonsku. The version your supplier received stays available through the Last submitted ePO link, so you can always see exactly what they have.
Why it Matters
Until now, once an ePO was submitted, it couldn’t be regenerated. If production changed, your records fell out of date, and that made it harder to choose ePOs over manual POs.
Regenerating ePOs closes that gap:
- Match your PO to your supplier’s bill, so your records reflect what was invoiced.
- Keep your production report accurate. Update the in-hands date on the sales order and regenerate, so the order no longer shows as overdue.
- Keep the Connected+ workflow, including live status notifications, shipping information, and automated bill-matching.
Getting Started
- Make your change on the sales order, such as the in-hands date.
- On the POs tab, open Actions and choose Regenerate.
- Your PO will update with the new status labeled Last Submitted.
Regenerating an ePO doesn’t notify your supplier. If the order itself changed, you will need to contact your supplier rep directly.
