July 2022 - Updates to notes, tasks, and emails on purchase orders

Thank you for your feedback! We have unified purchase order information across the Production Report, Production Dashboard, POs tab, and project overview.

You asked, and we listened! Creating or making adjustments to notes, tasks, and emails on the PO tab in a project, Production Report, and Production Dashboard's slide-in menu will be consistent with the information within a project's overview. We have unified the purchase order information displayed so you can access and adjust from wherever you find yourself in commonsku!

Project overview

The activity tab in the project overview now allows users to:

  • Delete logs for purchase order status and stage changes
  • Delete logs for a purchase order's proof status changes
  • View, comment, and pin purchase order notes and tasks

The project overview is still the only area where you can view, comment on, and pin emails related to sales orders that were sent via production.

Purchase order tab

The notes section on the purchase order tab in a project now allows users to:

  • Create and delete tasks
  • Comment on, pin, and view purchase order-related emails sent through the purchase order tab, and the Production Report
  • Comment on, pin, and view proof-related emails
  • Delete logs for purchase order status and stage changes
  • Delete logs for purchase order approvals and change requests
  • Delete logs for a purchase order's proof status changes

Production Report

In the overview of the Production Report's slide-out menu, users now have the ability to:

  • Comment on notes, status update logs, purchase order-related emails
  • Comment on and edit tasks
  • Comment on purchase order approvals and change requests
  • Comment on, pin, and view proof-related emails
  • Comment on proof approvals and change requests

Production Dashboard

The overview of the Production Dashboard's report popup slide-out menu now gives users the ability to:

  • Comment on notes, status update logs, and purchase order-related emails
  • Comment on and edit tasks

What am I able to delete?

You can't delete logs for status or stage changes made by other members of your team, only logs you have done yourself.
