March 2026 - Production Report: Connected Status & Real-Time PromoStandards Updates
You can now use two additional views in your Production Report to show exactly what’s been delayed, what’s on hold, and what needs your attention.
What’s New
You now have more visibility into supplier status updates (via PromoStandards) directly in the Production Report with the addition of two new columns:
- Connected Status: This shows the current supplier-reported status (e.g., In Production, Shipped, Art Hold)
- Connected Status Changed: This shows when the supplier last updated the Connected Status
Status changes are currently only available for suppliers integrated with PromoStandards. To learn more about who is a Connected+ Supplier on commonsku, click on your Supplier Tab.
Why it Matters
This new update reduces manual status checks, speeds up exception handling, and helps you keep internal records synchronized with supplier reality. You'll spot holds (Credit, Art, Proof, Back Order) faster and can prioritize follow-ups more intelligently. It also reduces the risk of outdated PO statuses causing client communication delays or missed in-hands dates.
Getting Started
- Go to Production > Production Report
- You will see two new statuses: Connected Status and Connected Status Changed
- Hover over any Connected Status cell to see the purchase order details
