Decorator matrices capture your decorator's pricing details, so you can easily add artwork costs to your orders. Follow the steps below to use your team's decorator matrices to pull pricing on your projects.

A team member with permissions to Manage Decorator Matrix needs to create a Decorator Matrix before you can pull your decorator's pricing into your order.
Step 2 - Add a decoration location
You'll need to add a decoration location to an item before you can use the Decorator Matrix to include pricing.

To choose your matrix:
- Hover over the run or fixed charge field and click the
icon to pull up your team's matrices - Select the decorator from the "Decorator" drop-down
- Select the charge name from the "Charge" drop-down
Notes added to the decorator and decorator are available for reference while you select the decoration costs.
Step 4 - Add the charge
To add charges to your order:
- Type the appropriate quantity in the "# of" field, or select the checkbox beside the applicable charge
- For run charges, either allow the matrix to select the proper fee based on the item quantity or override the cost by choosing another cost from the table
- Click to Add
- Add more charges as needed (optional)
Once added, the charge will override whatever was previously on the run/fixed charge line; you can choose to rename it or make changes as needed.

Why isn't it showing all the matrices I created for a particular decorator?
Matrices are displayed based on the charge type. For example, if you've selected to add pricing to a run charge, it will only display matrices with run charges, not fixed charges.
