How to tag (@ mention)

To tag one of your team members:

Type the @ symbol
Type out their name
Select the person you'd like to tag from the dropdown list

When you @mention a teammate, they receive a notification with your message and a link to the related content. The destination may differ depending on the notification type and whether they open it from commonsku or email.

Community Feed

You can tag any skummunity member when you Ask for Ideas/Start a Discussion, or when you comment on existing posts.

The Community Newsfeed is the only place you can tag commonsku users who are not part of your team.

Client Page/Contact Page

You can tag your colleagues in the Note, Call, or Meeting sections of Client and Contact Pages.

Project Overview

You can tag teammates directly in the Activity tab of a project's overview.

Purchase Orders

Whether you're working on a project or the Production Report, you can tag your team members directly in a POs Notes.

When you @mention a teammate in a Purchase Order note, they will receive a mention notification. The email notification may link to the related Sales Order rather than directly to the Purchase Order note. The in-app notification may open the message or thread view.

The Purchase Order number is included in the notification to help your teammate identify which PO the message is about.

Dashboards

You can tag a teammate directly from either your Sales, Production, Finance, or Management Dashboards when creating a task.
