commonsku’s Support Team will help bulk upload your clients as part of your onboarding process. If you’d like to get a head start, read through our “How do I Import Clients into commonsku?” help article.
Can I bulk upload my suppliers?
commonsku comes with a framework of supplier accounts. We can’t bulk upload a supplier list to overwrite the existing data, but you can add your suppliers as needed or create accounts from the pre-populated profiles.
Can I bulk upload my products?
Unfortunately, we can’t bulk upload product data due to the complexity of the product details and the structure of commonsku’s custom items. The good news is that you can create products in your (private) Company database! From there, you can add, edit, and delete products as often as you like.
How do I add artwork charges to my products?

What information does commonsku export to QuickBooks/Xero?
The Quickbooks/Xero integration makes it easy to move your client invoices and supplier bills from commonsku to Quickbooks/Xero. You can choose the accounts your forms export to and map custom tax rates for your bill and invoices. commonsku’s Support Team will help set things up during your onboarding training.
Do you have other international distributors?
Of course! You can connect with other international distributors by using your Directory tab to search for teams within your area.
