Client pages store all information related to a client account. This is where you can keep client contacts and addresses, as well as access all past jobs, and all relevant client files.

How to open a client's page
You can open a client's page by using your:
How to open a client's page through the Global Search bar
- Type the client's name in your Global Search bar
- Select their name from the drop-down menu
How to open a client's page through the Clients tab
- Type the client's name in the "Name" search
- Select the client
- In the slide-out menu, click Actions > Client Page
How to open a client's page through a project
- Select the client's name at the top of the project
How to open a client's page through a report
A client's page is accessible in all client-related reports, including reports on your:
- Sales, Production, Finance, Management Dashboard's smart tiles - after clicking any project on a smart tile, you can click Actions > View Client to open the client's page.
- Sales, Production, Finance, Management Dashboard's Reports - after pulling a report, simply click the (blue) hyperlinked client name to open the client's page.
- The Production Report - simply click the (blue) hyperlinked client name to open the client's page.
- Sales, Production, Finance, Management Dashboard's tasks - after creating a task on the client page, you can click on that task on your dashboard. A slide-out menu will appear where you can click Actions > View Client to open the client's page.
Actions button
From the Actions button on the client page, you can:
- Create a project
- Create a presentation
- Create an estimate or sales order
- Email the client
- Upload client files
- Apply/Remove a credit hold
- Delete the client
Profile tab
A client page's profile tab is where you can find and update any:
Contact tab
The Contact tab on a client page is where you can review, update, and delete existing contact information, as well as add new contacts to your client's profile.
To create a contact from the client page's Contact tab:
- Click Add Contact next to the relevant department
- Enter your contact details
- Click Save
To edit the details of an existing contact from the Contact tab:
- Click the icon next to the contact
- Make the necessary edits to their contact details
- Click Save
You can't delete client contacts, but you can make them inactive so that they don't pull into your forms or reports.
To make a contact inactive, either:
- Click the icon on the contact and drag it into the "Inactive Contacts" department
- Hover over the contact and click the icon
Both options will move the contact into the "Inactive Contacts" department. You can recover an inactive contact by dragging and dropping it back into the relevant department.
Jobs
The Jobs tab shows each form you've created for a particular client, including opportunities, presentations, estimates, sales orders, and invoices. Purchase orders aren't listed in Jobs since they're not client-facing.
Files
The Files tab is where you can store and manage any and all files related to your client. You can upload an unlimited number of files to a client page of any file type or size and then pull them into your projects and forms as needed.
Feedback
You can see a client's entire feedback history from the Feedback tab on their client page.
