FAQ

Should I always start with a presentation?

No, you don't have to! Depending on what kind of information the client needs, it may not be necessary to start with a presentation. Your client may need more specific pricing for their order, or they may already know what they want. If that is the case, you can skip the presentation and create an estimate or a sales order instead.

There is no way to work backward in a project without deleting later sales forms or copying a form to a new project. That means that you won't be able to create a presentation if you have already made an estimate or sales order.

Can the supplier see my presentation?

Connected suppliers receive notifications when you use their products on a presentation, so they can make recommendations or offer assistance. Just like a Collaboration, the supplier can only see four pieces of information:

  1. Your company name
  2. The product
  3. The project's event type
  4. The industry assigned to the client

We don't show the supplier any sensitive information, such as the client you're working with or the pricing you're offering.

Can I make a copy of a presentation?

Yes! A presentation can act as a template that you and your team members can copy into a new shop or project.
