Can I change clients in a project?
If you created a project for the wrong client:
- Create a new project
- Copy/paste any notes from the original project to the new project's overview
- Go back to the original project and click Actions > Delete Project
- Select "Yes" to delete the project
How does the project workflow work?
The project workflow moves from top to bottom. There is no way to work backward in a project without deleting later sales forms or copying a form to a new project. That means that you won't be able to create a presentation if you have already made an estimate or sales order.
What is a project portal?
A project portal is an information hub that keeps your client updated on the status of their order. They can view and download forms from the project, comment on their presentation, approve their sales order, and approve decorator proofs in one location.
